CARIBBEAN AIRLINES APP REDESIGN

Every year, my family uses Caribbean Airlines to book a trip to visit their home country of Trinidad and Tobago. The app is painstakingly confusing during parts of the booking process, so I decided to do a redesign.I conducted research based on reviews of the app as well as successful booking processes in other airlines' apps. From there, I wireframed, designed, and prototyped an improved design of the app. These redesigns focused on: Navigation clarity of the home page, Information organization of the flight packages, and the Placement of seat selection in the user flow.The resulting design followed a more contemporary flight booking process with better information hierarchy, while maintining certain parts of the app's original charm, such as background images and the color scheme.
